Lumen was started in 2014 by Dr. Aanya Kapoor, who trained as a dental ceramist before she trained as a dentist — and still treats every veneer case as a material problem first, a medical one second.

Why we work this way.
Most cosmetic dentistry is sold on speed. Lumen is built on the opposite premise: a smile is a small piece of architecture, and architecture done quickly tends to look like it. So we keep the studio small, the case list short, and the ceramics work in-house instead of outsourced to an off-site lab.
That means more visits than a high-volume clinic, and a noticeably more natural result.
